I have been with Orkin for years. We just had our monthly service done by Ryan, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that he explained things to me and that he was careful spraying near wildlife and my pets. Definitely would love to see Ryan as my regular guy.

I've been using Orkin for about a year, and I couldn't be happier. The house I bought was previously a rental and it was somewhat neglected and came with a roach problem. I used 2 other local companies before switching to Orkin, neither of them produced any real results, but Orkin has solved my problem. Customer service is fast and responsive, and their technicians have all been excellent. I do want to name-drop the guy they've been sending for the last few months, his name is Clifford, and he's really been great. Orkin was prompt in scheduling the annual home termite inspection and Dylan was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was so nice to be able to communicate with text messages before I even met him, as he had texted me his information and scheduling before coming to my house. I had a minor incident occur at my home and had to leave for a few minutes and I was able to text him to find out his approximate time of arrival. Turned out he was called away to an urgent situation and would not be at my house for a couple of hours. That was perfect for me to address the issue before he got to my home so by the time he arrived I had the minor issue solved. He explained things... read full review
