In coming out for a first look and project estimate, the manager was on time, pleasant, professional and knew her stuff. The first project was to remove destructive trees and plants and their root balls away from the pool to prevent damage to the concrete and so that a cage could be built. I was kept informed of scheduling and timing, especially when the weather pushed things back a bit.
