I am a disabled Veteran and I’m currently under contract during my inspection the buyer wanted to see my irrigation system working, I am an amputee walking and standing on uneven sod is a challenge, I don’t have any family member nearby to come help and I have no idea who to work the irrigation system so I called Top Care to see how much they would charge me to just turn the system on so I can record it working , Travis came out showed me how to navigate the system and didn’t charge me a cent, these are the actions that restore my faith in strangers. We had what I consider major work done...a necessary 5' retaining wall to mitigate damage to our pool along with new pavers to replace an old rotten wood deck.
