Stopped in for the 1st time & tried a post op/meal replacement Shake (chocolate, pnut butter & banana combo) DELICIOUS! Minimal sugar & 30 grams of protein !! I will definitely become a regular to try all of the flavors. (So many to choose from!) Also learned they offer free boot camp classes.
Stop in-you will not be disappointed!
Very nice, community-oriented place with friendly and helpful owners. I’ve been here a few times for meal replacement shakes, protein donuts, and protein cake pops; so far, I’m most certainly pleased! Very tasty and filling! I will definitely be coming back for more.
