They left work areas cleaner than before and offered a lower price than expected. They are extremely helpful, fair, and knowledgeable, going out of their way to solve problems quickly. Customers appreciate the same-day service and the multiple options provided for repair or replacement. The office and installation teams are amazing and know what they are doing. They are the go-to company for duct work and air-conditioning maintenance, and customers will use them for life.

I haven't hired Heritage Heating and Air for a service yet, but I wanted to leave a review anyway because of how genuinely kind and welcoming their team has been. Liz was incredibly courteous during our interaction, the kind of warmth that makes a real difference in how a business feels from the outside. Leesa was also genuinely interested in a project I'm working on locally, the kind of warm, community-minded conversation you don't often get from a business you haven't even hired yet.

The team at Heritage came out to replace my air conditioner and I couldn't be happier. They were on time, communicated well, quick and efficient. They left the work areas cleaner than they were before they arrived. Price was lower than I expected it to be. I'll be a customer for life and I highly recommend them.
