She started with warm compress + gentle effleurage to loosen the muscles, followed by precise thumb pressure and static holds around the shoulder blades and neck. On the upper back, she alternated deep thumb presses with forearm rolling to release the knots—pressure was steady and never harsh. Mid-session she switched to oil gliding (long, slow strokes) to open up the trapezius, and finished with targeted stretches to calm everything down.
I have been at this massage establishment many times in the past few years they never failed to deliver very excellent professional service. The facility is clean all the personnel are friendly and engaging.
