“HELP needed. About 1 1/2 weeks before my sons wedding I couldn't find a shoe repair that could tighten the back straps of my shoes!!! Panicking I randomly stopped at Palm Cleaners thinking maybe they could give me a referral, much to my surprise although they normally do clothing alterations they fixed my shoes perfectly & inexpensively!!! Then 2 days before our sons wedding, I had another HUGE issue!!! I'm a breast cancer survivor, had bilateral mastectomy without reconstruction due to the high cancer return potential. I received my strapless bra for my prosthetic breasts BUT it wasn't tight enough. I went back to Palm CleanDrs crying my eyes out since if it couldn't be corrected , me the Mother of the Groom would NOT have a dress that fit properly because of the bra issue to wear to my own SONS WEDDING !!!! Although they were very busy, they fixed my attire issue ON THE SPOT! I am so very thankful and grateful for the excellent alterations & THE FABULOUS customer servIce!!
