I about crawled in 4+yrs. due to another dentist miss treatment. Dr. O'Neil took the project on. The infection already spreading through out. Yet, Being my front teeth I was more concerned about not having front teeth. Dr. addressed & fixed the dental debocle quickly.. What a mental relief. She has all top equipment, is thorough so it feels pricey for us on fixed income. In long run well worth it. My Lyme infection continued also aided in making more of my front teeth to fall out. I went in for my consult for dental implants on a Saturday , I have been to several other Dental offices for this same type of appointment, from the second I walked into the door Patricia knew exactly who I was, this made my experience different from the start. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite, the focus on Customer Service made me feel like someone besides myself genuinely cared about the process as well as the results. When preparing for a major life changing event like dental implants it can be scary because of the amount of information alone.
