I contracted with International Sign for a exterior lighted sign for my restaurant in August 2024 for $7,500. The sign was installed in January in 2025, and the largest part of the sign containing the name of the restaurant stopped working within a week. I called and called and emailed and emailed and asked for my money back and told them I'd take them to small claims court and they don't even reply. So unprofessional. Now I have to spend more money trying to try and fix it if it's possible. The largest part of the sign with the restaurant name quit working ONE WEEK after installation, and that was three months ago. Poor quality signage, TERRIBLE service.... read full review

I worked with Rick at International Sign Co. for my 3’x28’ channel letter sign for my nail salon business. Great price for the quality. Great communication. Same day quote. Always picked up his cell/answered my texts. Gave me lots of options on sign design. He did permitting, manufacturing, and installation in 3 weeks. Thanks!!
