My rental truck experience. This home depot uses clear for it's background checks before you can rent a truck. The app has you take a picture of yourself. Home depot wants you to take a picture for this app.In order to run a truck. The dimly lit room in the back of the warehouse. Be prepared to take a selfie. If you fail to get the right lighting in the first five attempts. It will kick you out and you will not be able to rent a truck. I was prepared with a photo I d my driver's license and my insurance and credit card to pay for the rental. That's how every other home depot works that I've rented a truck from. Major inconvenience. I like home depot, but I do not recommend this rental center.

A shout out for great customer service in the Pro shop to Colton! I returned a defective string trimmer and had to have the Pro dept make sure all gas was removed. Colton took care of it and asked if I was going to purchase a replacement. He offered to start up my new trimmer to assure there was no problem. That offer of great customer service made up my mind to go back and purchase a new trimmer. Great job Colton!

Truck driver here. Picked up an emergency load to 10 locations of Home Depot. This location was 9th of my delivery. Night shift worker saw me in the window knocking and ringing the bell and decided to turn around and never came back. I stood there for 35 minutes and decided to come back in day time. If u order emergency load show some respect. Can’t understand these people

Stupid how they uncharge for hurricane. Screw them. Got wood at 7am for $23 each came back 1pm sticker off charging $31 each. Taking advantage of us.
