A shout out for great customer service in the Pro shop to Colton! I returned a defective string trimmer and had to have the Pro dept make sure all gas was removed. Colton took care of it and asked if I was going to purchase a replacement. He offered to start up my new trimmer to assure there was no problem. That offer of great customer service made up my mind to go back and purchase a new trimmer. Great job Colton!
Big thanks to the store manager, Troy, who stepped in upon arriving for his shift and started helping the paint dept who was under headcount due to the two hurricanes. Appreciate your servant leadership and customer focus!
