He is a superstar mechanic!! He explained the things he was working on in detail along with some of his thought process and didn’t talk down to me. (As a female who has had this problem with other mechanics, this was a big deal). He checked in with me after all was done to make sure it was all working well. He is extremely honest and fair and takes pride in his work. I hope to only use him as my mechanic as long as he is able!
Super happy with the service we received. John was super knowledgeable and personable. He was also extremely fair. I look forward to doing more business with him because it went so well.
Although he usually works on Fords and big rigs, John was very knowledgeable about my 2019 Ram 2500 Cummins 6.0 and the oddball intermittent electrical issues we had. He was also extremely pleasant to work with after driving out to where our RV was with his truck full of tools.Our two little kids were hovering around him while he worked enamored with what he was doing and he was happy to explain his process when I or even the kids had any questions.Although I only just met him, I trust his judgement and recommendations and his rates were great. I would definitely call him again if I had any mechanical needs.
