Although I called at 7:00 pm, he answered his phone and listened to my appliance problem. He assured me he would call me back at 8:30 am the next morning, and confirm that he would come to my house to check on the problem. Vince called at 8:29 am, and arrived before 9:00 am, and quickly went to work. He determined that the freezer fan motor bearings were shot, and the fan shaft was wobbly, resulting in the horrible growling sound we had been hearing for the previous few days. Called Vince about 8:00AM to fix our Noisy freezer/refrigerator . He told me he had a call in our area and then he would stop by to check out the Fridge. He was here by 9:00 AM. Vince is a very polite professional and explains the procedure as he goes along. Actually fun to have around. He fixed the problem and checked for any other problems.
