I loved going to here but they are always closing for emergencies and they now are closed on Saturdays too. The constant closes are really what ruined this place for me. Spending money for a monthly membership just for them to be closed way too often is unfair and they need to hire help. Or at least prorate when they do close for “emergencies”. I really feel like I wasted so much money trying to be so understanding.
Tropical is one of the cleanest, nicest salons I’ve ever had a membership to! Diana & her mom are super nice & very knowledgeable of their beds & the products they offer. I have been tanning religiously for years but was very nervous to try a spray tan. They walked me right through the process & I am amazed with the results!! I always leave the salon with a flawless tan, no splotching or streaking! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!
I just have to say, Tropical Obsession Spray Tan Spa is truly Top-Notch!! From the moment you walk in, you can tell they know their stuff. They are incredibly knowledgeable - not just about lotions but about skin care and how to tan safely and effectively. I love that I can go in and actually learn something about taking care of my skin.
The salon is always spotless, which really matters to me. And Diana!!, She is a total perfectionist in the best way possible! Her custom spray tans are flawless. I always leave looking beautifully bronze and natural.
