I used this company to install new unit about 2 years ago. I started calling about two weeks ago to set a maintenance appointment for the summer. 4 messages and no one ever called back to set appointment. My partner called a couple of days ago and they came out yesterday morning. It was strange they called him back and came same day but I never got a response. Not sure about their answering service. The work yesterday was cordial and satisfactory.Service: A/C system maintenance

Thank you Jeff for making sure my air conditioning leaking problem was solved. You are always kind and understanding no matter how many times I call. It now seems perfect. Thank you again.

Just had my AC unit checked to make sure it was working correctly that this company installed when the house was built. Chad was the the technician and was very thorough with the service. Great company to do business with.
