Every phase of my visit with this office from original phone call to the minute I stepped out of the office was perfect. Except for the wait length. BUT no one rushed through anything and explained thoroughly. And THAT is what makes a great office as opposed to a mediocre office. Every person treats you as if you’re the only person there.
Kim At Dr. Ware office was wonderful! She helped us get All the authorizations and referrals for my Mom‘s surgery. Two days in a row, I showed up close to 5 o’clock and she stayed late to make sure I had all the paperwork that I needed and was so kind. She is always courteous and gives us a smile when we walk in. Kudos to Kim!
