From the initial bidding and estimate phase to the final completion of the project, their communication and customer service were top-notch. The crew that came out to do the work was not only professional and efficient, but they also made sure to pick up and clean up everything each day, and also after the job was done. Wow!! So impressed with Cochran Roofing. Needed roof replacement due to Hurricane Milton. Ryan Cochran was the first and only roofing company to call me back He came out next day, gave fair price, work was completed when promised, workers were kind, respectful and was told by one of the workers that he has worked for Cochran Roofing for 14 years and that Mr. Cochran was the best boss ever. Come to find out most all of his workers have been with Cochran a very long time. I was amazed at only 1.5 days of work to complete a whole new roof and I had nothing to clean up, you would not even know so much work had been done, that's how wonderful and quick the roof replacement... read full review

We have 2 houses in Sebring Florida. We had Cochran Brothers roof one of them and we're extremely impressed. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. When they left they cleaned up as they walked out. I found no nails in my yard at all. They did a quality job and we've had no problems whatsoever. Their prices were very competitive. We liked the job they did so well we had them roof our other house. This was a couple of years later. Once again we got excellent service and pricing. We wholeheartedly recommend them with no reservations at all.
