I was very impressed with how fast i was seen and how caring everyone was. Having to visit an ER is hard enough. The staff, from security to the doctor, had me at ease from intake to discharge. Thank you all.
It was a good experience. Only waited 15 min for triage and Dr Navarez was on point with everything. Front desk and security pleasant asking if I wanted water and to other ppl while waiting.
I can't find words to express my gratitude to all the staff that provided me help when I needed the most , I had pretty bad accident where I cut my right hand fingers and came to ER , since the moment I got there everybody run and took care of me , from registration , the security guard , the whole medical staff were amazing and took care of me very quickly , Robert , Danielle , Jessica , Carina and my Dr Deborah , she was amazing , polite and very professional , making my visit very special , they even help me find help with the medical bill , since I had no insurance they didn't hesitate at all and gave an excellent service , thank God that there is people like them...read full review
