Probably the worst er experience I've ever had. Sad day for advent. I waited 8 hours then was sent home only to be admitted with sepsis a highlands the next day. There is no rhyme or reason for the way you triage. Can not be more disappointing. Only reason you didn't get a 1 was because respiratory was awesome.
The nurses and doctors are great. You actually get treated like a person. Very hands on and make sure that they have you comfortable as they can make you thank you to all advent health Sebring
Early morning on March 9 I had no choice but to go to the ER because the urgent care facilities I contacted the day before would not accept my insurance.I’m very grateful that Advent ER took me in right away ( no lines no waiting) to address the severe back pain I was experiencing.Everyone was courteous and truly seemed to care for me.I have only 1 complaint and that is when I asked about the results of the CT scan that I had I was told everything was fine. I asked about my internal organs and spine, again I was told everything was good.It was only after I got home and read all the discharge papers that I found out that they neglected to tell me about a cyst on one...read full review
