I am a new patient in Dr Prinsen's office. I find Dr Prinsen and her staff to be great. They're very relatable and make sure you are very comfortable. Dr Prinsen is very thorough in reviewing my medical history. All the right questions were asked. I would highly recommend other people to make appointments in the near future. I give that office and Dr Prinson a rating of 1,000%.
EDIT: I have been a patient of Dr Mamone's for over two years now and I still stand by every word in this review - Dr Mamone is a caring and quite competent MD who answers my many questions and concerns in detail. The entire staff is friendly and effective AND they are in a convenient location. Highly recommended. oh...and Wellmed's online features all work, which is fairly unusual.
Nancy at the reception desk told me it was not her problem today. Until that moment I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care being provided to my sister and would definitely given a 5 star rating.
