I spoke with both Jessica and Tim and was impressed with their honesty and friendliness. I am not local to the area and called about a listing. Tim knows Sebastian and knew the property and discouraged me... He said he gets calls on it (for years) and stated it was a tear down. I appreciated I didn't waste time.

Tim Broden did an outstanding job for our family! Our family was in the process of moving my elderly father and the whole process was very lengthy.
