My appointment was at 1:15 but waited for hour and a half.The doctors medical assistant was very rude with me and insisted that I have to have refraction and dialation when I didn't want it The only courteous staff there was the receptionist and person who was in charge of prescriptions.
Facility was clean and definitely made sure the machine was clean as well before my fahter in law started his testing. Would like to thank the staff from front to the back for their professionalism and patience with my father in law and the family as well. DJ, Lisa and Brandi were amazing and took their time with my father in law. That's A+ for me.
Dr. Winslow was great in explaining everything to us. He was patient with my father in law and delicate with him as well. I would recommend him to anyone.
Im from Buffalo and while I was driving to our second home in Florida I developed floaters and light flashing, I have never been to Riverside and with a recommendation from a friend to go there I did a walk in and they examined me that morning, the staff was wonderful and the doctor spent quite a long time with me. I would recommend them to anyone needing eye care. I want to again thank the staff and doctor.... read full review
