Am really enjoying my introduction to Chair Yoga. After spinal fusion surgery 7 months ago and 78 yrs old, this form of "exercise'"helps so much. I think it will benefit me greatly. Wonderful staff!!!

Loved our time spent here! We were greeted by owner, Joy, and she provided us with a tour of the facility and delicious tea. Resilient Soul Wellness is a relaxing and soothing environment. I booked an hour long massage with Molly and it was fantastic! She is extremely friendly and provides a great experience. Check out all the services offered and you won’t be disappointed!

Carolyn gave me the BEST massage EVER!! It was my first time receiving a massage and she did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and comfortable when I came in!! She was able to feel out the pain in my neck perfectly so her performance was out of this world!! I am so grateful for my experience here at Resilient Soul Wellness and for the amazing services performed by Carolyn!! Worth every penny!!
