I'll make this short. I stopped in their office yesterday afternoon and told the receptionist that I had a leak and someone told me the addition of 24" flashing in the problem area would fix it. Andy was at my house at 8am this morning to survey the issue and was back with the required materials and had the job completed before 11am. I could not have asked for better service. The price was fair as well. This is NOT the Highland Homes of old. They have done roof replacements for several of my neighbors, metal and shingle, and all are pleased with the work.

As architects and general contractors we have used Highland Homes on several occasions. This last roofing job was for my personal residence. Their bid was competitive and their warranty was better than any other roofing contractor by far. A good roof and warranty is possibly the most important element of a home. They explained all of the components to be used, showed up when promised and stayed on the job until finished. Hard working crew, excellent supervision and they responded to any questions or concerns I had quickly. Robert B.
