Brian was beyond helpful and knowledgeable regarding ongoing issues we have had in the office with the computer systems. We will definitely be using him as our IT guy in the future. Walked in on a Tuesday with my PC explained the issue younger gentleman was cool, and was quick by the time I got home he called me with a new cooling system and can be there next day Wednesday. Estatic I shoot on back down there.Pay the man his price and I got the "normally here by 1. And be easy 10 min." Not sure why as later it was a miscommunication, but upon hearing I was all in. Took the pc home for night uses as it only over heats trying to game or watch to many live streams. I haven't owned cable since 05. Anyway Wednesday comes I drop it off, head to work leave early to pick it up and at 5:15 it's not done and the part arrived only 15 mins... read full review

These guys are magicians. They always take a hopeless situation, and make it shine like new. They REALLY care about their customers. They do amazing things..I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended! These are my "go-to" guys when everything falls apart. I see some negative feedback. These customers don't know squat. Don't pay any attention to that.
