My first encounter with Bear Air was to get a quote for a ductless unit install. Duane Lanning recommended against it and suggested I have my existing unit adjusted as, #1 it wasn't pulling the moisture out of the house (humidity has always been an issue to the point of mold growing in the ducts. #2 my existing unit was over-sized therefore not performing efficiently, running just enough to cool but not enough the pull the moisture out.
Long story short, the existing TRANE unit was on its 10th year of inconsistent costly service having 3 evap. coils replaced...and every major component just last year....

The owner personally answered my call, confidently and reassuringly diagnosed the problem with my AC over the phone. A chronic problem that my original AC company could not seem to resolve.
I was able to set up an appointment with days of our conversation and Duane and a very friendly and capable technician resolved my AC issues! Great guys, easy to work with, confident and capable. Can’t ask for much more than that!!
