Dylan was great. He came to do my scheduled monthly maintenance but noted that it had just recently been done and there was no need to waste one of my maintenance calls. He still looked everything over and gave it the all good and left. Of course, things changed and the unit stopped working about two hours later. I called Dylan directly and within 45 minutes he stopped back by and cleaned the drain line and also found that the drain pan float valve was defective which was causing my unit to shut off.
