If it wasn't for Evette my review would be 1 star I have to be on camera (really) for crime show my brothers been missing for 5 years I dropped off my clothes because I dont know how to press my stuff their rep said today by 4 when I went there evette said no clothes aren't ready she went above n beyond to help me I want to look good she helped me she deserves a raise if it wasn't for her my review would of been a complaint. You need to promote her there are still great humans among us!!!
Planned on dropping off on a Wednesday so I could pick up on Friday. I knew they have a 2 day turnaround but circumstances prevented the Wednesday drop off. Dropped off early Thursday am and asked if its possible to pick up Friday or even Saturday am. They put a rush ticket on it but made no promises or guarantees. I was ok with this and prepared to pick up Monday. They not only beat a 2 day they smoked it and I appreciate that so much. I can't say this will happen every time but they sure made it happen this time and I am so grateful.
Five stars all the way. AR Pat dry cleaner is consistently professional, friendly, and reliable. Clothes always come back looking great, cleaned well, pressed perfectly, and ready when promised, sometimes ahead of schedule!!!! It’s hard to find this kind of dependable service these days, and they really go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
