Called at 10am and spoke with the owner, made an appointment the guy never showed up, never called, won't respond to my call or text. Told him it was a sewer line clogged so left me all day without having it fixed until I find someone else. Very unprofessional way to not do business. We live in New Orleans and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida. So we went to a friend's house in Welaka, Florida. Unfortunately, we accidentally broke the hot water heater and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called Dale at Prefab Plumbing Services and got him straightaway. He said he could come out that day but it would be after 5 which was OK with us. The only thing I asked him was to please wear a mask and he said okay.He never showed up. We postponed our dinner waiting for him and by 6:30pm he was still a no show. So I called him to find out what happened and left a message on his voicemail.
