Exceptional customer service and honest/reasonable pricing! They are incredibly pleasant to communicate with as well as extremely knowledgeable and eager to help!
I was house sitting for some friends when I noticed some issues with their pool. I know they use Ohana for maintenance so I reached out to the company and was pleasantly surprised to find out they are happy to communicate via text! This made it easier on me for multiple reasons, a main one being the ease with which I could relay information to the homeowners.
5 plus stars! Scott cleaned the pool at the Airbnb we are staying at and was not only immensely personable but also did high quality work! You can see the passion of his work and its amazing to see. He not only cleaned the pool as he was sent out to do but explained the hot tub situation we were having to us. Recommend this company and Scott to everyone in the area! ?
