Brittney was amazing from start to finish! She worked me in while my usual stylist was on maternity leave, which was so nice. She listened to what I wanted, made great suggestions that gave me ann amazing result and educated me on product. My blonde was the perfect brightness and I loved my end result. Highly recommend!!!

Brittney is absolutely amazing!! She does an amazing job and listens to her customers and never disappoints! She is very educated and gives amazing advice throughout the appointment, even tips on styling. I feel so comfortable here. It’s nerve racking sometimes to let someone style one of the first things many people see on you. But everytime I leave I am beyond happy with the results and get compliments! I love it at Gramercy!

I had one hell of a project for poor Ms. Olivia Timm!! But she faced it with excitement and hope! She was absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough good about her. She not only performed a miracle, but was informative along the way. She even explained the science behind what she was doing. She made it easy to keep conversation and did exactly what I wanted. She is also fairly priced, which is a plus. I will always go back to her for whatever I need. Thank you for making me look amazing, Olivia!!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Olivia for years. She does amazing hair and is also an amazing person. She’s seen me through so many phases (and hairstyles) over the last few years. Most meaningful is now when I am battling breast cancer. Olivia did my big chop before chemo. Later, when a wig I got through an organization wasn’t quite working for me, she cut and styled the wig. She is amazingly talented and I’m thankful to have her as a stylist! Now I am able to feel confident in my wig. I can’t wait to grow hair back so she can help me through all the awkward stages ahead.

I received a gift certificate to a local high end salon and did not want it to go to waste, but I should have! The cut and color were horrible, so I booked with Brittney and she performed a minor miracle correcting what the other stylist has done.
