Ally is such an incredible instructor! I always leave feeling like I had a great workout. Furthermore, when I was injured she created a totally modified workout for me during a group class. She makes sure to give each client attention and helps me feel more capable in my abilities.

We have been going to Ally’s Fitness studio twice a week for over a year. We are both in our 60’s and want to keep muscle mass and balance to remain strong and healthy. Every workout is challenging enough and interesting. Ally has worked well with our limitations and adapts the exercise to accommodate any concerns about knees or shoulders.
