Tyler helped us today and he was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Not only did he do an exceptional job of guiding us based on the very specific perimeters of our unique project, but he educated us thoroughly on all of the different products. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for flooring.

The store and the people that work in the store are very good. They answer all the questions you have and are very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is with the install. The people that did the install got concrete on my wall, put down a broken piece of quarter round, and left saw dust in the garage which is where they were cutting the flooring. All the quarter round looked very beat up. The other big issue I have is I was told it would be a 2-3 day install. The guy did it in one day and still charged me over $5000. I understand the rate is set by Sq footage. But to pay $5000 for one days work is a little crazy to me. I would use the store again but would...read full review

Big Thanks to Your Flooring Warehouse for their excellent Customer Service! I am with Staff Carpet in Springfield, IL and called on them for assistance with finding 1 case of flooring that had been discontinued. I had already searched across the country and found that Your Flooring Warehouse had this on hand. Andy helped ship the case to my customer and communicated with me through the entire process.
