I had 2 sessions of Hydrotherapy with Rhiannon. I felt comfortable, lighter and inspired to continue with this wellness journey. I suggest doing this Hydrotherapy to kick start your fitness journey, and to detox, and to feel lighter more energy. Rhianna is wonderful. She puts people at ease the first time you meet her. She is very knowledgeable about bowel, what to and not to eat. After the colonics, she is not finished with you, you can text her questions and she answers them. Rhianna was able to help me in ways the GI doctor couldn't. And the best part about the colonics, they work.
