I called them with a problem with my fridge and the very next day they came out to check it out found the problem ordered the parts and 5 days later it was fixed. They did not ask me to pay for the Parts upfront and the initial 85.00 call price was deducted from the price. I would not hesitate to call them if you need appliance repair
My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling and started leaking. Andrew from West Bay came promptly, figured out what was wrong, and came to fix it on a Sunday after he got the needed part. Upon arrival he moved the heavy melting components into the garage to save my kitchen floor. He could not have been more helpful. He communicated expectations clearly and came when he said he would. Highly recommend.👍
