I have recently joined the Vitality family center. I left another practice and am glad I did. Vitality Chiropractic is very thorough and worked out an individual plan that centers on improving my sciatica and muscle tightness. I am also appreciative of Dr. Juan taking time himself to explain procedures and exercises to do at home. So glad I switched chiropractic offices. Highly recommend Vitality
Dr. Jess and Dr. Juan are the absolute best that there is. When I started seeing them I had nerve problems and numbing in my legs and feet and such bad low back pain and neck pain that I could not do anything active at all. For reference, I am 23 and was very nervous to be having issues like this that could last the rest of my life. I’ve been seeing them now for 6 months consistently and have seen so much improvement. I’m now able to be walking 2 miles daily and the nerve issues have gone away completely. I am so lucky to have worked with them and their great staff. If I could give 10/5 stars I would!!
Both Dr. Jess and Dr. Juan are wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring. They are genuinely concerned about your ongoing health and happiness. They are an important part of my wellness team and I look forward to every visit.
