I have recently joined the Vitality family center. I left another practice and am glad I did. Vitality Chiropractic is very thorough and worked out an individual plan that centers on improving my sciatica and muscle tightness. I am also appreciative of Dr. Juan taking time himself to explain procedures and exercises to do at home. So glad I switched chiropractic offices. Highly recommend Vitality

So many people underestimate the value of a chiropractic adjustment! My son and I have been under the care of Dr Juan and Dr Jess for 3 ( or more!) years now, and I can’t put into words how valuable their treatments are. For my son, it means getting better sleep, having better regulated bowels, a healthier and stronger immune system, ( less sick days!!!! ), and a little tune up comes in handy when it’s tackle football or basketball season :) For me… honestly… life changing. I’ve been a patient of chiropractic since I was 16 years old after a high school rotation at a chiropractors office in upstate NY. I was intrigued about the science of the practice and shortly after became a patient. Fast forward to today, when I left Dr Jess’s office I almost cried because I don’t know what my life would look like without adjustments. Seriously though. On the outside I’m a healthy 40 year old mom, wife, and physician’s assistant. But on the inside I suffer from scoliosis, herniated discs in my lumbar and cervical spine, and I live riding an unpredictable roller coaster of pain, instability, and not knowing some days how I’m going to play the many roles in my life because I literally can NOT move. Dr Juan and Dr Jess are my saviors. Chiropractic adjustments have stopped my scoliosis from progressing, and have helped me avoid surgery (multiple surgeries) on my neck and low back. Their traction table, SOT blocks and even their food sensitivity testing has given me life back on days I want to throw in the towel. Healing isn’t linear- they taught me that- and it doesn’t happen overnight. But with continued chiropractic care, dis-ease progression can be slowed and prevention is key. It’s not about “popping/cracking your back”… it’s about living life in alignment where every nerve to every organ system in our bodies has the capacity to send full signals without interference…. That’s true health.
