Dr. Austin was superb. My contact prescription is complex. He is the first Dr. to tell me multifocal lenses were evan an option for me. 3 sets of trials and 3 visits to dial them in. I couldn't be happier. He really cares about getting it right.

Amazing staff, very polite and attentive. The doctor was very professional and pleasant. The quality of the frames is very good. They did a great job. At first, I thought they were very expensive, but they were worth every penny. I will recommend them 110%. Now I have two pairs of very comfortable and sturdy safety glasses.
I took an eye glass script to VisionWorks. Chris, the Technician greeted me, once again. The script was filled. It was too strong. Went back to Eye Doctor. Got new script. Once again, had the script filled. Glasses were still not correct. Went back to Eye Doctor. Got new script. Gave script to Chris. He noticed something was wrong with the numbers and called me. I called Eye Doctor. There was a typo on the script. Chris was fabulous! He is professional, sharp and obviously very good at his job. I was quite impressed.
We will continue to go see Chris at VisionWorks in Lakewood Ranch. He is an asset to VisionWorks and represents the Company in a stellar manner. Grateful...read full review
