Our unit was installed 3 years ago by another company that did just the bare minimum. Hurricane came out, diagnosed the problems and gave me several different options to get the unit running properly. The team that came back with parts was able to replace the damaged parts and explained everything in detail, with pictures. Everything from sending the photo of the service technician to following up after the repairs were completed. They far outshined the previous repair company.

My current HVAC system was a replacement due to damage during hurricane Ian (Oct 2022). It was installed by the same company that installed the previous unit and had been doing my scheduled maintenance during that time. Unfortunately just before Ian, the owner retired and sold his business and to my misfortune the quality of workmanship, customer service, and overall integrity became a major issue. Since day one with the new system there have been major complications caused by key installation errors causing constant system failures and the company has walked away from their (100 % satisfaction guarantee) and have left me high and dry. That’s where Hurricane Air Conditioning comes in. Looking for help and now facing another Florida summer season, I saw an ad on the internet with Hurricane’s website and I set up for a free consultation/estimate and scheduled the next day. Right off I was impressed with Matt from Hurricane AC punctuality, he arrived exactly at 9am on a window that was between 9 - 11am. First check mark. During the consultation Matt was very courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, I was very confident with the answers to my questions and the options that he provided to resolve my soon approaching predicament. I was pleased with the estimate of the option that he and I discussed and I’m looking forward to starting a new lasting relationship with Hurricane AC and their services. To this point I highly recommend Hurricane Air Conditioning to get a free consultation and will add another which I’m sure of a positive 5 star review of my experience in the near future.
