I've only had positive experiences at this Ulta. The premium brand selection is better than average (definitely more than the Ulta inside the target next door). My only complaint is that the line at the register can get a long.

Store was very busy (1/5) but Caitlyn (Kaitlyn?) made time to make us feel welcomed and helped! Found me all the products I needed and made great suggestions. Thanks for making it a lovely Ulta trip!

There wasn't anyone on the floor to help anyone. I was looking for help and I heard others asking for help. I found the manager and was like hi I have a question, she stood up and started walking away then said excuse me and she couldn't stop doing what she was doing to even help me but gave me a quick answer and carried on.She was called up about a oupon and said I had to use it online. Offered no other coupon and I'm pretty sure ulta has some kind of coupon. I tried using the 3.50 off one and I wasn't allowed to use it off of Clinique... I thought that was a lil weird but oh well. The cashier was nice.I feel like the manager could have been a lil more helpful or just...read full review
