This bank has a very large amount of money, in my son's trust. He gets a dividend check , every 3 months. When he has a question or the check doesn't come...he will call and no one wants to give him the time of day. Going to move the money. Poor service.

Unfortunately after making a trip to their office we found it was not manned yet the doors were open. We did try to call in advance but didn't get any message stating their current situation. We subsequently found out they were not providing any counter services because of COVID. In retrospect a sign and or an explanatory message on their incoming telephone line would have been helpful. We weren't apprised of their situation until later in the day after making a trip to their offices. While not typical of UBS in terms of how they treat their clients, I think they could have done a much better job in light of the situation.
