Highly recommend! Total Body Wellness is a wonderful place and Aneta ( the owner) is amazing . I always feel so welcome , she is perfectionist. Her office is clean and really lovely also location is convenient.Aneta is so knowledgeable I had my experience with Cryo T shock it was great ! Aneta is excellent at deep-tissue massage work and for treatment of musculoskeletal issues. I have had lower back issues for over 50 years and for the last 20 years or so I have depended on deep-tissue massages to keep from having debilitating episodes. I have been seeing Aneta for more than 5 years and she is strong and knowledgeable, knowing exactly which muscles to work on and how to keep them from giving me any trouble. I have seen a lot of massage therapists over the years and she is excellent.

Bridget at Total Body Wellness has gone above and beyond to bring me back to health! Her therapeutic massage techniques are amazing and is transforming my body and injuries. She also offers Teeth Whitening and other treatments! Very soothing office and professional atmosphere. As a pilot and athlete, I highly recommend the services provided at Total Body Wellness!
