Most injuries cannot be solved by traditional muscle therapy, tech gadgets, pills, or even surgery. The reason is, our muscles are more emotional than physical. Yes, the muscle is injured physically, but until the brain feels safe for you to move that muscle, the brain will not let you hurt yourself. Using our Stretch n' Release technique, you can learn how to properly stretch your muscles while showing your brain that it is safe to move the muscle. Once your brain feels safe, it will release the muscle and you can resume your life. Stretching is a daily habit, once you learn how, you can be free of pain, regardless of your age.
