Four days after Hurricane Milton I looked for glass replacement companies on Yelp...The Glass Guru had great reviews so I called them thinking I would leave a message and just hope for a return call within the coming days. To my surprise Martin the owner answered immediately...he was so reassuring that he could get me on the schedule despite an already full schedule and a backlog of 80+ voicemails from others also impacted by the hurricane. It was 8:30 am and he assured me he would call me back by 10 with an update...by 9:30 I received a call back...by 10:30 a service techician was at my home...by 11:30 my window was repaired!!! Such AMAZING service, communication and follow through! And very fair and straightforward pricing! I cannot heap enough praise upon this company! VERY highly recommend to others in need of an honest, reliable and skilled glass company!
What a wonderful company. The guys replaced one impact window and changed out the balance rods of 5 other windows. They were very efficient and completed the work in a minimum amount of time. A great company.
