I have lived here in Sarasota full time for 15 years and have had a couple of different AC companies service my home in that time. I started with Terry's in August 2023 when they installed a new system in my home. I am very satisfied with their professionalism, service, knowledge and honesty. And since the installation, I signed on with them for a PMC for the next year! Recently Jared was here for my clogged drain pipe. He lived up to my high expectations for fixing the issue! I am a happy customer!!!!
I have used Terry's Plumbing service many time over the past few years for our condo in Sarasota. They responded immediately to our needs and their staff has always been professional, helpful and courteous. The job was always completed to our satisfaction and if needed, responded to a follow up concern.

Knows what they are doing. Arrived within 20 minutes on my call. Technician spent a lot of time and his skill resulted in a call to the owner. Next Day a critical motor was replaced. Not cheap but is working the next Day 92 degrees now 78
