Wow.. I am just now reading review on YELP after trying to contact her through multiple avenues, including walking into the micro office space she rents. No email response, no voice mail response, no direct connect response after leaving a message with the community receptionist for the office space complex. Welp.. glad I didn't go any further with her before I read these comments that I can certainly attest to! I feel like I dodged a bullet.

The worst of the worst. Sloppy. Unprofessional. Got audited because she didn't file the proper schedule C. Now costing over $3,500 to get a refund that she didn't even know I was due. Avoid her like the plague. Better not to file any return than go with this unprofessional, sloppy so called tax preparer. Unless you like an audit, which is what this unprofessional amateur cost us. The CPA who reviewed her sloppy filing said it was the "worst" he's seen in decades. Avoid, do yourself a favor and avoid this extremely inept so called preparer. She is the worst of the worst.
