SML took over management of our apartments about two years ago. We have had a very pleasant and positive experience with them. Any repairs needed were done in a timely manner. Any time I have emailed an administrator with a question or in need of assistance they are super responsive. The only thing I could complain about is rent going up when they took over, but that was the year everyone’s rent increased severely here in Sarasota. Other than that I am appreciative of SM&L for all they do!

We had such a good experience renting through Sarasota Management and Leasing. Everything was very thorough, thoughtful and everyone that I interacted with was amazing. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was promptly dealt with. Anytime we had a question, it was quickly answered. I would 1000% rent through Sarasota Management and Leasing again. It was nothing but a positive experience.
