If you want a nail job that looks like this after 3 days and be told by Susan and the manager it is your fault, go to Sarasota Happy Nails & Spa. Had to go back to get redone, they tried to charge me. Imagine, I spent 2 hours of my time, going there 2x getting this done. Should have charged them. I guess they don't get the customer is king in America. When I was there last week getting this horrible job done that I was blamed for, there was this obnoxious woman on her computer and speaker phone trying to settle an over due account. She was rude to whomever she was talking to and talking at the top of her voice subjecting 40 clients of this salon to her conversation for 30 minutes. At the end of her last call, she cursed about the poor guy in Bangladesh or wherever he was from. I turned around and told her off telling her I didn't like her foul language and that Jennifer Caesar from Wisconsin wasn't the only paying customer at the salon. That was not my job but the manager's. He didn't manage, so I spoke up. If you want a bad job, have to manage a salon, and be told you did something for your nails to look like this and not to come back, go here.
