Had a great lux mani, gel pedi and eyebrow wax on my first visit to Pamper Nails yesterday. Sorry to see anyone give a 1star review because this was NOT my experience. I found top notch work, reasonable prices and stellar customer care - exceeded my expectations. I suspect the "woman on the phone" was the owner who did my manicure. She answered a couple of very short incoming calls while working on me, which did not affect her work. I honestly found this impressive given how many places push us to book online. I learned in our conversation that she's a relatively new small business owner who prays every day for new customers so she can make a living. I will definitely be back and hope any new potential customer reading this will give Pamper Nails a try.

This is quite the hidden gem! Absolutely the best salon in Sarasota! I’ve been going here for a few months, but I always wait to give reviews to check consistency! Joanne is my nail tech. She is outstanding! She takes her time, and is very thorough and precise! She is truly a kind and gentle tech! Nails are always perfect! Mai gave me an incredible spa pedicure. Very happy with her as well! I truly am impressed with the incredible staff, very very clean salon, and their prices are extremely reasonable! I would give them more stars if I could!
