Richco Residential Corp is a licensed and insured general contractor, roofing contractor, and kitchen and bathroom remodeler working in Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Venice, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Englewood. The company specializes in roofing, screened enclosures, aluminum carports, screened rooms, pool cages, outdoor kitchens, and kitchen and bathroom renovations with in-house designers. Reviews state that Richco delivered on all promises, even those outside the contract, for replacing a pool cage, and that the performance, honesty, and professionalism were pleasing. One reviewer says it is a pleasure to work with this company, which helped them understand and explained what needed to be done to bring their home in compliance. The guys did a really nice job on a carport, which is beautiful, nice, and sturdy. Another reviewer says it took some time to find a company to repair a very damaged pool cage, as all other companies wanted to tear down the pool cage and build a new one, very expensive, some up to 50 G. Richco sent a rep who checked the damage and came with the price, much much cheaper. It took two weeks to get material, and 3 young men came with all material needed, did a great job, cleaned up, and were gone in a day and a half. A reviewer was told it would be three months before they could get to their pool cage, but they had a crew out in two days.
I highly recommend richco. I had them build a new pool cage for me.. I lost mine in a hurricane you sent five men out to my property and in two days they had it completed. I was very pleased with their work ethics and their promptness. I couldn't have asked for a better team. If I should ever need this type of work done again I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Thank you again, JudyPrincipi
