Patients report a great experience from the moment they walk in. The front office staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. Appointments start on time with no waiting. The providers are thorough, take time to explain things, and genuinely care about well-being. Patients feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and believe the team has their best interest at heart. The care and treatment are excellent, leaving patients very satisfied. Many highly recommend Reliable MD.
EVERYONE in the office is very friendly, proficient, and professional. There are no crazy wait time for your appointment. They take their time with you and really listen to you. They care about their patients. They will call and check on you after your appointment if you went in for a sick visit. Call with any test results as soon as they receive them. They also have a Care Management Program where if you have a chronic condition they enroll you for monthly condition status and prescriptions calls.
Great experience right from the moment I walked in the door. Front office women are very friendly and helpful. I was taken back to the room at the time of my appointment. No waiting. Doctor Jovanovic is the best. Always takes her time to explain things to me and genuinely cares about my well-being. 10/10 highly recommend.
